Military Sourcing Services is your professional sourcing and screening solution for the military-to-civilian niche.

A stack of photographs of veterans

You want to hire military veterans and spouses, but you need to do it quickly and you don't want to pay high recruiting fees. With 25 million veterans and 200,000 leaving active duty every year, how do you sort through all the sources and find the right candidate?

RecruitMilitary has been helping companies hire veterans for more than thirteen years. Military Sourcing Services leverages that experience and our multi-channel candidate sources into a repeatable three-step process that helps you secure the right talent.

The Process

Phase One:

Scoping

We meet with you for a hiring consultation. You tell us what you want. We design the game plan.

We determine how we will filter initial candidate searches and refine the results, and develop behavioral interview questions specific to your particular needs.

Phase Two:

Multi-Channel Sourcing

Using our best-in-class Job Board, other online job boards, relationships at hundreds of bases and reserve/guard units, and social media contacts on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, we build the list of candidates for your position and review their résumés for critical competencies.

Phase Three:

Screening

Once we've refined the group, we conduct telephonic interviews with potential candidates using the screening questions we’ve created to match the needs of your open job requisition.
We finish up the process with submissions of interested, qualified, and available candidates.
